In support of young scientists making significant strides in translational research, Halo is recognizing 40 scientists under 40 in Chicagoland. The 40 scientists selected will be featured in an upcoming post in Translation and receive two complimentary tickets to the 2019 Halo Awards. Nominate a deserving scientist below.

Eligibility:

  • Pursuing or awarded a PhD in life sciences (i.e., graduate student, postdoctoral researcher, principal investigator, staff scientist)
  • Age 40 or younger prior to October 12 , 2019
  • Based in Chicago or surrounding areas

Selection Criteria:

We’re looking for a diverse cross-section of scientists from academia and industry who are passionate about translational research. The 40 selected will represent the full panoply of breakthrough innovation coming out of the Chicagoland area.
